Program Description

The Job Re-entry Program is a twelve month, individualized program with three main sections. The classroom section includes an in-depth assessment, life and employability skills training, employment training, and labour market research.

In the second section, participants develop and follow an individual plan which may include off-site learning and/or work experience. The final section allows participants to work one-on-one with an employment counsellor to develop interview skills, create a resume, and learn how to find employment.

Participants are assisted and supported until they have completed their first 6 months on the job.

To register, contact the Victor Mager Adult Education and Job Training Program.
