Manitoba START is the first place for immigrants to go after arriving in Winnipeg. This government-sponsored agency provides new immigrants with personalized information to help adjust to life. Clients are registered for the ENTRY orientation program and registered for employment services.
The ENTRY Program provides settlement orientation for all newcomers to Manitoba and an introduction to English language and services for people needing to improve their language.
